About Us

Robert Dell’Osso has been involved in real estate and property management for most of his life. Having grown up in the industry, he understands both the owner’s perspective and the property manager’s perspective. As the founder of MasterKey Property Management, he has successfully grown the company while establishing himself as a knowledgeable resource on investment properties in the Triangle. Robert has resided in the area since 2000, holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License, and is the Broker-in-Charge of MasterKey Property Management.

Robert is actively involved in the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and holds the Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation. He currently serves as President-Elect for the Triangle NARPM Chapter (2025) and is the Government Affairs Committee Chairman for the chapter. At the national level, he is a 2025 NARPM National Government Affairs Committee Member and will serve as Vice Chair for the NARPM Capitol Summit in 2026.

Cheryl Dell’Osso, a licensed North Carolina Real Estate broker, serves as the Director of Marketing for Masterkey. She oversees the day-to-day marketing of properties, ensuring maximum visibility across multiple platforms. Cheryl develops and implements strategic marketing campaigns, manages digital advertising, optimizes online listings, and enhances brand awareness through social media and content creation. She closely monitors market trends to refine marketing strategies and collaborates with leasing teams to drive occupancy rates.

Leslie Lewis serves as our Business Development Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in building strong business relationships and expanding our client base. She is highly skilled in fostering connections, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Known for her exceptional communication and commitment to client satisfaction, Leslie ensures a seamless experience for property owners seeking professional management services. A native of Wake Forest, NC, she possesses in-depth knowledge of the Triangle area and its evolving real estate market. Ligia Pinto is our Property Coordinator who ensures that the MasterKey Team is fully organized with each property. She also ensures tenant compliance updates and coordinates property turnovers as well as working with existing tenants on lease renewals and potential new tenants as they come on board. She has a business degree and has vast experience working with people in the tourism, hospitality and property management industries. She loves to be in contact with people and considers her enthusiasm for helping others and her personality helps her connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible.

Sierra Johnson is our Assistant Property Manager. She is a Michigan native with six years of property management experience. She’s always enthusiastic about assisting the team and our clients with quality assurance to ensure the properties we manage are kept in excellent condition. Her number one priority is to provide outstanding service to all clients!

Yesenia Cuevas is a highly skilled property manager with a strong background in construction management. With over five years of experience in the field, she brings expertise in project coordination, maintenance oversight, and property renovations. Her ability to coordinate property turnovers ensures that properties are maintained to high standards, which is crucial for attracting and retaining tenants. Yesenia’s combined knowledge of construction and property management makes her a valuable asset in ensuring the efficient and effective management of properties.

Karen Belmonte, our Office Assistant, brings extensive experience in customer service and administrative support, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free property management experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her a key resource for both property owners and tenants.
